Tomato Seedlings

The tomato seedlings are growing bigger daily in the garage under my baker rack and shoplight setup. Soon it will be time to pot them up.

The potato leafed tomato in the foreground was supposed to be Black Krim. Now I'll have to grow it to see what kind of tomatoes I get.

I am sure that I will have way too many tomato seedlings come Spring. It sure would be fun to have a seedling swap. Any takers?

  1. Seedling swap, you say? I need to get started. I think my 'mater seedling just took a dive with the snow. You're probably wondering why my seedlings were outside? Gimme a brake. I'm still learning.

You have inspired me to do better. Thanks!

  3. I've been told that the potato leaved tomatoes do well in the heat. Let me know how this does.

  4. I grew KBX (potato leaf version of Kellog's Breakfast) last year and thought that it did perform much better (productive & healthier) than the original. I got the seed from Tatiana who is a seed saver from Canada. She is great.
I hope that this turns out to be a potato leaf version of Black Krim!
